noodle cutlet

 INGREDIENTS

MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles (Masala)

1 pack (100g)

Sago

½ cup (50 g)

Water

½ cup (75 ml)

Potatoes

2-3 (250 g), boiled and mashed

Green chillies

2-3, chopped

Coriander leaves, chopped

1-2 tbsp.

Peanuts

1 cup (100 g), roasted, deskinned  & coarsely crushed

Salt

To taste

Oil

for frying

 

METHOD

  • 1.  Cook MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles as per pack instructions and keep aside.
  • 2. Soak sago in water just enough to cover it (approx.1/2 cup), for 15-20 minutes. Drain the excess water and keep it aside.
  • 3. Mix together cooked MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles, sago, mashed potatoes, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and peanuts. Add salt to taste.
  • 4. Shape the mixture into cutlets and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  • 5. Serve hot with MAGGI Hot & Sweet Sauce.
